Each SaferSharps sachet contains 2g's of our super absorbent SafetyGel granules, rapidly absorbing and solidifying up to 340ml of liquid, including blood, urine and other hazardous fluids, for secure disposal. The patented water-soluble seal dissolves upon contact with liquid, ensuring quick activation without having to tear the sachet. The convenient portion is also ideal for denaturing sharps waste and managing samples or chemical spills.

Upon contact with fluids, SafetyGel granules immediately activate, solidifying and absorbing liquid and odours while minimising the risk of spills, leaks, or cross-contamination. Each box contains 100 sachets, providing a reliable supply for clinical, laboratory, or home settings.

Directions for Use

Place the required number of sachets into the sharps containers or tear the sachet open and pour the granules over the spillage. Each 2g sachet absorbs up to 340ml of liquid.
When fluids come into contact with the sachets or loose granules, the solidification process activates.
Once fluid has solidified, dispose of contents via the appropriate clinical waste channel or your local disposal route. Always follow local, regional, or national waste disposal guidelines.
